Hi, wife's 2005 CLK 200 has developed an odd problem. I first thought that the air con wasn't working, but it appears that no matter what setting either of the heater knobs is set too, it is pumping out what appears to be full heat.
It's recently been into the garage for another issue and they reset the motors, but it has made no difference.
Anyone ever come across this? Solution?

The water shut off duo or mono valve has stuck open. They can be refurbished with a kit but just dismantling and cleaning normally gets them sorted.

So, I have been googling, but cannot find where this valve is on a CLK 200.

Just thought yours might be too new for that type of valve and it may all be controlled by the flaps alone. Try searching on Mercedes C209 or W209, you may have better luck using the chassis type.

You may be right, just need to know what is causing this problem.
