Heaters not blowing hot air

Hi just put the heaters on my w204 c220 and not hot air comes out whatsover, winters coming need heaters

Any thoughts why it could do this

Low on coolant?

Faulty climate control unit? (Unit where you select temperature/fan speed etc.)

Start with cheapest , see if thermostat is stuck open.
Also what’s the temp reading

Car will be at 80 -90deg, i have tried various settings on the heater control, coolant has been topped up

literally no hot air at all, just cold

Sounds like you have air in the coolant system and just need to bleed it.

Not sure how to bleed the system on a Mercedes at the moment.

The W204 heater/ air con system has an auxilliary heating matrix which should power up until the engine has reached heater operating temperature? Could be the sensor/ element / fuse /relay /controller.

so i did also notice the temperature hovering around 60deg and than going back up to 90
