I understand it to be from leaving one aircraft to sitting in the departure lounge for the connecting flight. Not the physical journey time between terminals.

Thanks for your trouble. Turns out the travel agent had the wrong arrival terminal on the booking advice sheet. It's now T5 to T5 .

I understand it to be from leaving one aircraft to sitting in the departure lounge for the connecting flight. Not the physical journey time between terminals.

It's normally just the time difference between scheduled arrival and departure.
