Hello folks, 300te wisdom please....

Hello,
Just joined the group as I have just bought a 300te as a sensible?! second car.
I would really appreciate any tips on what may go wrong /any weaknesses they have.
It is quite a laugh keeping up with 325i's with stripey suits in the equivalent of a panzer. Corners are a bit of a problem though.
If anyone knows of a decent specialist near Bristol then I would be most grateful for info.

There are no major faults with the 300 apart from as you say, the steering leaves a little to be desired. The sportline set-up is much better!!

The self-levelling spheres do go after time.
Drivers front window mechanisms wear out really quickly on them as well.
Also, watch out for the closing aid lock mechanism on the tailgate, they break quite easily if the tailgate is excessively slammed etc.
