hi all, does anyone know how to deal with the issue of boots not opening even manually with the key.
I’ve had the boot lock changed and it worked for 2 days and jammed again.
Please advise

I can well understand your frustration. It is also useful to know it is a convertible.

No the key does not turn or push at all...sorry for being so abstract earlier about it being a convertible. I’m at the end of my tether!!

Did a key come with the replacement lock or was the lock changed without a key being supplied?

If you do have a key that will fit the lock, then it may simpley be seized, try some WD40 or Penetraryng oil.
