a freind of mine is in desperate need of a new car, he wants an S-class but only has a budget of £2000.
I've found these 2 so far

1996 MERCEDES-BENZ S CLASS S280 4dr Auto [4spd] Saloon

1997 MERCEDES-BENZ S CLASS S320 4dr Auto [5] Saloon

what do you think? is there anything to look out for and is the mileage too high?

I rang about the 1996 one when I was looking for SWMBO it sounded like a real dog, spaceship mileage, rust the seller just wanted shut hence the price

I always thinkyou get what you pay for, within reason

I may have one of you are interested, it really does seem far far too good to break, its a bit of a rare bird too. No aircon to go wrong either!

regarding the 96 one flanaia the guy said when i phoned him 'first come first serve, there's been alot of interest but i can hold it for you if you put down a £100 deposit'
