Help. driving me mad

Last night I took apart the centre console to fix my traction control button which is not working. After taking it apart it started working, i put everything back together then this morning pressing the button does nothing again....

an ides?

A break in the wires that when you pulled the switch out connected itself and when you pushed it back in came apart again.

Thats what I thought, so I replaced the wire but still the same

Must be a dodgy switch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
