Help E55 possible Voltage Regulator issue. Battery Red Error. Need fixing tomorrow

I am in big trouble and need my car fixed tomorrow ( Friday)

I suspect the voltage regulator has gone, as both battery's were changed around 1.5 years ago and the voltage is just 11.7v with the engine running.

Terry is busy for quite a well. I am located in Bracknell and will try Star motors tomorrow morning hoping he can fit me in? Besides that I am left with local garage.

Not even sure if i can source just the part or if it's something else like the battery control module.

If you use an MB indy, a Star test will point to the faulty component . I'm sure both can be replaced quickly.

regulator on the alternator is a common issue and can be fixed within a few hours, get it on star and checked though. remote Forum diagnosis is never something you should rely on
