HELP - HDD music issues .

Car
R34,Westfield, Audi and a Harley.
Decided to transfer some CDs today onto the HDD on C class 204 2012 , but the option to transfer music is not selectable . All I can select is the memory and the TAs ?

Am I missing something here ?
