Help! how to remove this?

I need to remove the small compartment under the radio. I am pretty sure that there is The way to do it without destroying this nice piece of german art.

I think you need the radio removal keys to pull the stereo out and the tray should be easy to remove from there.

See this LINK for the keys. Or quote part number W000 589 88 63 00 to MB dealer; they are very cheep.

There are two small slits in the from of the head unit that these slide into to release it.
