help needed e350 facia

hi

I had an air freshener in my car for a few months and it was hanging off my air vent I moved it today to throw it away and it had done this to my centre console

as you can see its ruined the heated seat and green phone button and the facia

can I by a replacement facial and the buttons or is it a complete rip and replace

I'm so mad you have no idea

have a look on e-bay, you should be able to just swap the buttons over but might have to buy more than you need, i use an under seat air freshener by gliptone leather smell. it bungies under the seat hidden away and can't cause damage.

The lower fascia and buttons shouldn't be too difficult to source, but I suspect you'll have problems with the infotainment system buttons.

ive spoken to the company who made it waiting on there response ... not holding out for much

Wow! Who would have thought an air freshener would do that?
It would p**s me off no end.
Good luck sourcing the buttons. I have purchased the odd Mercedes item and price wise not too bad, may be worth a trip to dealership for a costing.

Jeeeez , have heard before that air fresheners can cause damage to plastic dash components . Think California scents under the car seat is the way to go .

if i get this can i swap the buttons around as i only need the fascia and the heated seat button would i be able to do this
