(HELP!) Obscure Part Needed: Square retainer for Throttle Cable W124 (See photo!)

Hi All.

Had an interesting problem today, driving round a busy roundabout in Edinburgh my Throttle became unresponsive.

Turned out the cable had disconnected from the engine. Managed to fix a repair to get me home with some washers I had in a tool box in the boot, but it's not a permanent solution. If you have a square retainer please get in touch!!
