as i would like to change coolant and also where can i buy some distilled water from thanks

Green and it should meet merc SPEC. Iirc comma x48 is what's in mine and de-ionized is just as good as distilled. Halfords or any motor factors should have these.

If you intend keeping your car for any length of time then I would recommend you only use Mercedes coolant, it is reasonably priced.
