Hi, I am having trouble with my ISP and rejected emails.

The issue is what the rejected email header is actually saying. Can anyone assist please with interpretation so I can kick the ISP up the proverbial  thanks

Below is the full content of the rejected reply . . .

It's saying the address: [email protected] does not exist

Don't think so, it's this:

550-Verification failed for <[email protected]>
550-Unrouteable address
550 Sender verify failed

The problem is that your (Ian's) address is being rejected. Could it be that a spam filter is rejecting it because you're using the "grasmere@grasmere ..." format?

Thanks guys, appreciated.

Is it my ISP who needs to change
[email protected]

to something else, eg

[email protected]
