Help with Fault Codes

Evening All,

I've been having some issues with starting my W203 C320CDI recently so took it to a mate today to have any codes read and come up with the following.

2038 Check component G3/2 (o2 sensor upstream of cat) resistance to small.
2195 Heating check component G3/2 (o2 sensor upstream of cat) signal line interrupted.
2270 N14/3 (glow time output stage supply voltage)
2270 N14/3 (at least 1 glow plug not activated)

Can anyone shed some light on what this actually means and effectively what the solution is.

It could be:

1. A duff O2 sensor probably. Values need to be checked on a Star really
2. As above
3. 1 or more glow plugs faulty is the likely cause but it could also be the glow plug control unit
