Help with interior panel

Evening all. I’m new to the Vito scene and have a 119 LWB crew Dualiner. There is panel in the back behind the 3 rear seats which is a single skin & has a sound pad stuck on it. Are there an interior panels I can buy to stop any unwanted bangs which would cause a dent or bulge inside to out.

Im guessing it is the bulkhead in the van? Have you any pics? Not sure they do any panels to cover it but u could always cover it in cloth I guess.
