Help with Oil for a GLA

Hi Everyone,
Just needed advice for a friend who is getting her MOT and service done for her GLA. Shes been told to buy the parts herself and its a service B. She's only had the car a year and hardly done any miles and its had a full Mercedes service history.
The details are below but shes stuck on what oil to buy?
Putting the reg into eurocarparts - its showing 3 options for castrol -
Castrol Edge 0W-30 C3
Castrol Edge 0W-40 A3/B4
Castrol Edge 5W-40

how does she know which one to get?
Im not sure if her car has a DPF but any ideas what to order.
Shes got the oilfilter (mann), wants to change the air filter and not sure about changing fuel and pollen filter too?

Can anyone help with advice on the oil as well as whether the other filters need changing too.

A 2014 Diesel car will definitely have DPF.

The oil to buy will be any oil that meets MB Spec Sheet 229.51, or better still, the newer 229.52.

Incidentally, MB-branded oil is going (relatively) cheap on eBay.

ah okay, so the only one that meets 229.51 is the 5w40 but is that okay ? - should i be looking at something with 0w?

Either 0W-40 or 5W-40 will be fine.
