I think that is Haaken Johannsen's car - there are only so many of these cars in the world and most of us know each other's ! The 219 , same model as mine , is one of the rarest .
The orange indicators mounted on the wings close to the A pillars are not original and normally only fitted to the 180/190 models : the six cylinder cars have the indicators incorporated into the 'spears' on top of the wings at the front (along with the parking lights) .
