Should have mugged a pensioner. He would have got off no messing.

He wouldn't get jailed for driving like that on public roads, why on earth would he for doing it on private property?

What a fool.

Fancy taking his Girlfriends Polo onto a racetrack during a race...he should have picked some thing with a bit more Go...

Prosecuting him is madness...Political correctness at it's worst.

He's broken no traffic laws as it was a private race track, hasn't trespassed. What exactly has he done wrong?

He should mount legal proceedings against the race track owners for failing to ensure he couldn't be put in danger by getting to the track.

I bet whoever reported him reads the Daily Wail...

Someone somewhere *could* have got hurt.

Jail is not good enough!!

What a great comment, which brings me neatly onto the Court Jesters comment

What a stupid pointless thread

It's a great thread because it shows just how pathetic we, as a Nation, have become.

The Lad "could" have injured someone so the Poolice waste their, the CPS and Courts time in prosecuting him...which as far as I can see is definitely not in the public interest and a waste of taxpayers money.

It's great to hear the Police think "could" have caused injury is a viable reason for pursuance of prosecution...so what about real injury that nearly led to death.

Should the Police pursue that?

Miss Fisk is half tidy though.

"Miss Fisk said that she had set off in her white VW Polo 1.2 to the track near West Kingsdown, Kent, a 20-minute drive from her family’s £625,000 detached home in Sevenoaks"

Why does the value of her parents house matter?

Why does Miss Fisk being half tidy matter? OK, your right. :D

What exactly has he done wrong?

According to the article
Cottle, from Durgates in Wadhurst, East Sussex, pleaded guilty to 'causing a nuisance to the public by driving on to the race track at Brands Hatch whilst an endurance race was in progress'.

Why does the value of her parents house matter?

Then why does the car colour make model engine size matter -or that it was a 20min drive from her house ?
But how has finding the value of her parents house actually affected you ?
Did it mess up your day and throw your plans out of the window ?

Ahh..why is there a VW golf on track??
