Hi, about to buy my first one!

Hi, I thought I would join up and do some homework before buying something.
I've had various performance cars over the years from oldskool Sapphire Cosworth to 500bhp Audi S4 and RS4's, BMW 330d and all sorts of others.
After 5 Audi's and 2 BMW's I fancy something different!
I have a holding deposit until Saturday for a W204 C350 saloon with the 3.5 V6 (M276) engine and what I consider to be an excellent spec.
I have found quite quickly that these seem to be a rare engine, and even rarer car/engine combination?
Any info/owners experiences would be great!
