Hi guys, I have finally decided to get a few things done on my W124 300e it is a 1987 saloon with genuine pre merger AMG body kit and wheels. I am looking at a V8 conversion but still not sure to keep it period with a M117, M119 or just bite the bullet and fit a later V8 on aftermarket management and get rid of that horrible grille.
Also want to go up to Aero 1 17” wheels and ideally some period Recaro seats. If all this happens I will be painting it black.
I own a few old Mercs CL500, S500L, SLK230, CLK230 and my son owns an SL65 black series replica.
