Hi , does the old one not have any markings on it ? All the info is usually there , part number , length in MM and how many ribs/grooves . 6 , at a guess.

As for the 'best' ? many would say MB OEM , Gates ? , Continental ? ......amongst others.

I replaced the belts on my CLS55 with Gates items.
The serpentine alternator belt is P/N 6PK2448 and the supercharger poly v belt is 8PK1289HD.
They are not expensive so might as well change both at the same time.
