Hi everyone. I am looking for a decent second hand convertible. My problem is I do not understand, yet, this rather elaborate lettering/numbering system.

E types , SLC etc etc. Would help if I knew exactly what I was looking for. Any links to any good pages/sites that explains it all?

I live just outside Malvern in Worcestershire. Anyone local to me that is willing to look at cars with me with more objective eyes? Knowing me I will develop 'I want one' eyes and not see even obvious faults.

Welcome to the forum. If you narrow down what you are looking for in your convertible (2/4 seats, diesel/petrol, fast/not-so-fast) you should hopefully get some feedback

in the end I got a C200 convertible AMG. Quite happy with it .
