I always have the lights in the car on auto and High Beam Assist turned on.
A couple of weeks before Christmas I turned the engine on and the high beam came on with the lights and the cluster showed the message "High Beam Assist Not Available" (or words to that effect).
Turned engine off and back on and it was fine from then on.
I put this down to the thick layer of crud covering the car and having looked in the manual it says this could mean the camera/sensor cannot see properly (although screen where wipers cover was clean).
On another occasion I turned the engine on and got the message "Lane Assist Not Available" (or words to the effect).
Again, turned engine off and on and the message never repeated.
Should I be concerned as they have not repeated? Don't want to waste a trip to MB (wasting my time and theirs) if it's nothing.
In case you have signatures turned off and can't see, I have a 2010 (March) E350 CDI Sport Saloon with 14k on it.
Thanks in advance.
