High pitch whistle under load

I have a high pitch whistle noise coming from the engine when I floor the car but only when I floor it and only for a second. If I drive it normally there is no sound at all. Had a quick luck under the bonnet but can’t see anything obvious. Any ideas?

The big black pipe on the front of the engine,
orange seal at the front of the turbo ,
or the green seal on the silver pipe to the right of the turbo ?

Only saying that as it was replace a few weeks ago for new so could be a leak somewhere connected to that.

Thanks W1ghty it was the rubber gasket that attaches the batwing to the air box. The rubber has split under the big jubilee clip thing and there was a small gap. I’ve tried to glue it back together and then pushed the gasket further over the air box. Fingers crossed it’ll last for a bit.
