HighLine Sprinter Cluster Upgrade

Hi,

I hope you can help me please?

I have purchased a brand new (though 2009 MY) LHD V6 Sprinter motorhome Automatic 5G-Tronic.

The Speedo is kph and is the standard instrument cluster.

I am going to do the following.

Retrofit Comand NTG2.5
Upgrade Steering Wheel to "With Buttons"
Upgrade standard instrument cluster to "Highline" but in mph!.

Now then,

The Dealer Prices are a fortune, I already have comand from my old van.

I have sourced the Steering Wheel Buttons, and will buy a new steering wheel angle sensor from Mercedes.

But, I am stuck with Regards to the HighLine Instrument cluster. Mercedes can only issue me with part numbers for the original factory fit items.

So, I have found two differing model numbers for HighLine Clusters;

A9065423501

and

A9069005800

Does anyone know the difference? For Example, is one for auto and one for Manual?

Any help, hints, tips please?
