The rim size and tyre options should be shown on the tyre pressure label inside the fuel filler cap and in the handbook. The outside diameter of the wheels with any combination of rims and tyres has to be kept constant for safety and stability, and for example to prevent tyres from catching wheel arches. If you want higher profile tyres you need to get some smaller rims.
To fit higher profile tyres- you need to fit wheels a couple of inches in diameter down . 19 down to 17 say- however depending on brake disc/caliper size there may be a lower limit to wheel diameter before fouling occurs.

Yea I went down my local tyre fitters earlier and he said that going down to 17s would probably affect the brakes he said that I could go down to 18s but it would only give me 10% more comfort. As I have Amg wheels and just had them refurbished I think I will stick with what I have
