OK so it didn't rain everyday but almost and when it did it didn't seem to stop..
Still, we love the lakes and you have to almost expect that even more so this time of year. Had a great week and the little monster loved it. Think a bigger van will be on the cards soon as our little two birth it a bit tight now
Car did well, returned 20mpg towing (25mpg normal) and was well used for the week, wet walking stuff, prams, carriers, awning, poles and all the other stuff you need for a wet week in the lakes.
Also did a run through Blackpool lights, tacky as I remember if anything the lights were actually better but Blackpool itself was dead. We arrived around 6pm and went through the lights at 7.15pm but ghost town like....odd..??
