Hi all,
Currently going through the trauma of a house rewire and didn't realise it would be so messy.
Was having a read through a Grand Designs magazine yesterday which helpfully suggested some network cable (is it still CAT 5?) from internet router location to main TVs to assist with better speeds for Smart TV / Internet streaming rather than relying on wireless.
Any other tips for any other wiring to include whilst the floorboards ar eup and plaster in disrepair?
I'll also have Sky or Virgin TV coming in to one room - is a length of coax to the 2nd living room going to cut it for decent picture quality on 2nd TV or are there better solutions? Only 1 channel needed at any one time so not interested in subscribing for multiple boxes.
Appreciate any input.
