    Hey Guys and gals.

I'm hoping that i could get a little insight into what size wheels i can get away with on my 97 C180. At the moment i have 15" AMGs with 205/60/15s.

    Thanks in advance.

17" would be about right. 18" maybe.

What size tyre would you recommend? I'm thinking a 205/40/17?

You'll not be able to decide on a tyre size until you know the wheel width.

I don't think that i go too wide without catching. I'm thinking around 8j with a small amount of stretch.

Ive had 15, 16, 17 and 18s on my W202s, you wouldnt want to go any larger than 18.

225 45 17 is the ideal size for a W202 - anything smaller is looks rubbish. 225 40 18s run fine if using premium tyres but the 17s are the ideal compromise between ride and looks. you can fit 19s at a push but run absolute $hite
