How do i get rid of a nokia cable sticking out of my dashboard?

is this an easy fix or should i take it to an audio specialist?

Or if you want to do it properly you will have to trace the wiring to under the carpet or dash..
 
Without knowing which model you have - hard to comment .

However , it looks like the cable is on passenger side of centre console ?

Try pulling cable out from under edge of trim and follow it along , it is likely to either go into footwell or into centre console behind radio , where you can disconnect it .
 
yep pass. side center console...car is a CL203 C220 CDI...the cable doesnt actually pull out any more than it does there its pretty tightly wedged in or just a short cable but doesnt move along

not sure if you've got rid of your cable yet but i had the nokia system in mine too along with the cradle, to remove it i found the main box just behind the carpet in the passenger footwell, with a bit of gental persuasion this can be pulled down and simply unplug it from the main box.
 
Edit just noticed the above poster has bumper up a 2010 thread! I doubt he is still figuring out how to remove the cable!
