How do I get to....

Hello - I have to change the fog light bulbs in my 2001 e320cdi estate.

The MB manual indicates a recess hole in the tailgate internal trim panel for easily unscrewing a bulb. however, in my car there are no recess holes in the trim panel ?

would be surprised if you have to remove the entire panel - especially as it has lots of blank plastic studs - wouldnt know where to start ! help !

ps - does the e320 cdi 2001 estate have two rear fog lights ?

Does your car have markings similar to this for first aid kit and warning triangle ? (right hand side of image)
If so i would guess that gaining access to where they are stored would also afford you access to the bulb holder you seek
