How do I post on 'classifieds'?

I wanted to leave a reply on a classified ad, in the cars for sale section, but I get a message saying I’m not allowed? Any ideas

I couldn't remember how to do a screen shot of just 1 page, without my minimized pages!

Corned, you are spot on I knew about 30 posts before be able to post an advert, but I hadn't read the other bit

Bit of a crap idea though, I thought the adverts slipped down the list quickly.
