How much did my car cost?

I'd like to know what my 2006 CLS55 AMG cost when new.
I couldn't get an answer from the supplying dealer, so does anyone know where I can find old price lists for cars and options? I'm specially interested in option prices as mine has a shed-load.
Any help much appreciated.

Out of interest how does the £68k base price compare with the competition the 55 had at the time with say Audi, BMW, etc?

For what you can pick them up for now, if you can live with the running and maintenance costs, they really do seem good value for money. A 4 door saloon that can get you from A to B in comfort and style while been capable of doing licence losing speeds very easily.

As an owner of one I'd like to see them go the same way as some of the older BM "M3/5/6's", AMG's, Cosworths, etc. It'd just be nice to see a car I own go up and not down in value
