Hi all would just like some feedback on a fair price for my wheels.

They are the 16" 5 spoke alloys off my 05 plate w203 avantgarde.

can be seen here Mercedes alloy wheels | Genuine new 16" Mercedes 5 spoke | fits Mercedes C Class Saloon W203 | Alloy Wheels Direct Ltd

Three are in perfect condition having covered a low milage. One front one has some curbing to the outer rim.

The rear tyres are continental premium 2's, which were only fitted a thousand miles ago and so are basically new. Cost me over £100 each.

The fronts are Continental sportcontact 2's, both of which have 4/5mm of tread so plenty of life.

They will come with the center caps and wheel bolts.

What is a realistic price for these do you think?

    Thanks.

The money is in the rubber to be honest, I would say maybe £250ish?

Once I get a new set of wheels for my car, I'll be selling my 16" alloys and the fact that the rears have got 6 mm left makes them worth a lot more.

Used wheels aren't worth an awful lot, especially 16s. With the good tyres you have a chance of £250, without tyres... you won't give them away.

They sound really good and I'd have them straight off you, but they are the same as what I've got already, just an inch bigger.

Put them for sale on the forum, they should sell.

I'd have been more interested if they didn't have tyres (or had worn-out tyres) and would have considered putting winter tyres on them.

To you maybe, but *most* people won't think that way.

Why not make the op an offer without the tyres on?

Oh dear, now you've put me on the spot!

How hard shall I think about it - will the OP take the tyres off? I presume this is a staggered set, as per the link?
