Hi my name is Denis from Sweden.
2 months ago I bought 1 pair of new LEMFÖRDER lower control arms for my MB C43 AMG from ECP.
I'm more than happy with this purchase.
I saved alot of money.

This was the best deal I've ever made buying carparts outside Sweden!!!
Honestly, to hell with Swedish autopart shops, way overpriced and NO pricecompetition!

However there are a few problems you need to fix on your webshop!
Problems like:

1st problem:
# Sometimes there are no autopart brands listed on your shop for specific parts!
I don't know what I'm getting for my money, might be a cheap lower quality part or can be a better quality part?
I don't wanna take any risks by getting bad quality parts for my AMG, and having to return them back to UK because I didn't like them!
You have to list all brands on each part

2nd problem:
# There are no pictures on certain parts!
I don't know what I'm buying!
Many parts uses the same name but in fact they are a different part.
Need to be more specific here in description.

3rd problem:
There are no parts numbers on your webshop linked to MB OEM parts.
Lemförder uses their parts numbers and matched to MB parts.
I wanna compare to know for sure I'm buying the correct parts for my car.


There are a few problems needed to be fixed but I'm very happy I've found your shop.
I rather spend money on ECP webshop than gain any swedish dealers with arbitrary prices!

Since I'm living in Sweden, I have no UK plates on my car.
Sometimes I can't find my parts I want on your shop because I haven't listed any license plate.
What do I have to do to get full access to all parts for my car?
Any template for an MB C43 AMG saloon 1999 license plate I can use?

Fix my complaints and you've got it all made up!

a)Sometimes there are no autopart brands listed on your shop for specific parts!
We try to always attach a 'BRAND' to each product, however its very common for us to have to infill from other suppliers - For example an Oil Filter for a Golf 4 - We have 1 part number for a 'OE quality' but depending on who has stock it could be a Bosch, Hengst, Maan or Geniune box - We are updating brands daily, however if you have an enquiry you can always call or email our customer service dept, who will be happy to see exactly what brand is in stock.

b) There are no pictures on certain parts!
We stock over 114,000 parts so geting images for everything is a constant task - Images are updated in batches of 1,000 every week - however we are happy that over half of our products DO have images.

c)There are no parts numbers on your webshop linked to MB OEM parts.
To avoid competitors misusing our own parts lookup we will not link to manufactures part numbers. I'm sure genuine customers like your self would find it useful however its not something we would ever give the public access to.

d)Since I'm living in Sweden, I have no UK plates on my car.
Because of the differences between UK and European spec cars we state that All parts are only suitable for UK spec vehicles UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE
Because of this it would be up to you, to find a fellow forum member, with the same vehicle and you could then use their number plate. Alternatively, we have recently updated our website to allow you to 'manually' select a vehicle with more precision, have a look at the attached image! (previously you could only select make, model, year and engine to find the parts, now you can make use of ALL of the selections that make a difference to the part fitted)

Do you do a front brake pad fitting kit for my W126 300Se with Bendix calipers?

That's what I mean't in my original post - pad fitting kit for ATE calipers are easy to source and I've made the mistake of buying them. They do not fit on my car - sorry. Have you got any other alternatives?

Do you have the earlier LUCAS calipers?

correction I think you can get TRW ones they are tapered rather than square??

Thanks grober. It's definitely a Bendix. The pad for most '86 on W126 are the same, but Bendix calipers have a bendy-wire anti-rattle spring instead of the cross shaped type on ATE calipers. I also need the pad retaining pins with cotter pins at the end - it looks like this (hope I can attach this pic.)

You are CORRECT on further checking that part no does refer to a LHD part - I guess there might be a steering box clearance problem but without both in front of you its difficult to tell?
