The naffest things in the world on cars is:
1. Illegally spaced plates
2. Car stickers from where you bought the car in the back window
3. Scotland / England / Wales flags on plates.

The final naff touches are the tiny letters at the bottom of the plate that explain what the illegally spaced letters / random initials are supposed to mean. The naffest things in the world on cars is:

Think yourselves lucky - in States many dealers use a badge on the bodywork....Now that annoyed me big time.
Apparently MBs sold in the UAE are badged EMC on the right-hand side of the bootlid. I saw a W140 thus-badged in London a couple of weeks ago.
There is a chap near me who has a white C63 AMG. He has the perfect plate for it too. Yes, [C63 AMG]
If your numberplate is steel, the going rate is about 10p/kilo, so probably about 4p, or 8p for two. If its plastic, probably best just to recycle it.

Could not agree more. Each to their own and all that, but putting the car model in even bigger letters that it already is on the boot just looks daft.Personally, I don't like plates that say what the car is
Yep. And nowadays a waste of time and money as the law is cracking down on them as are MOT testers cos they want us all in line with their ANPR'sThe naffest things in the world on cars is:

Me too... especially when you see them on older cars. Just adds to the authenticity of the car.1 out of 3 for me. I'm actually quite happy to have the original supplying dealer's sticker in the rear window (provided it looks presentable and has been placed there tidily), as I see it as an authentic part of the car's history.
TOTALLY!!!! like the name that the plate is "trying" to spell out. Just looks bloody stupid. The final naff touches are the tiny letters at the bottom of the plate that explain what the illegally spaced letters / random initials are supposed to mean.
I see this car quite regularly.![]()
