how much should i sell for???

with much regret i gotta sell my beloved e class due to business commitments. im not really sure what to put it up for...so anyone got any ideas?..its a.....e280 elegance '96 P, grey leather, silver bodywork, very gd condition in and out 110,000 miles,service history but not all MB., its going in nxt week to have the rust spots taken care of (the normal on these, front wings and boot switch) so outside will be spotless, small bit of pitting on the alloys, but nothing normal for the age, in my opinion its not really got any faults, will have 3 mnths mot and 2 mnths tax, any ideas on wat to sell at will be gratefully received. i need to sell asap so i need to price it to sell (and i dont mean for a fiver..lol)...many thanks niceguy

£5k ish is probably its worth. I've seen some with similar mileages in auctions sell for £3-4k. If you are lucky maybe £5.5k-6K.
Bearing in mind the mileage and age.
