How satisfy ru with ur dealer

I don't know what it is but every time I take my car for a service or repair I get annoyed. 1st they broke my arial off but never said anything before I pointed it out. 2 nd they damaged the seal on a MOT ,didnt say anything, 3rd I was short of 2 liters on engine oil. So asked myself s it worse it to take to MB. Paying top dollar iam not happy:fail
