How the hell do I get the turbo off? OM605 W202 C250TD

my replacement c250td has a failed turbo - the actuator is siezed solid. So I thought I would nick the one off my old car.

Cant undo the three nuts holding the turbo to the manifold, seized solid, cant get the nut splitter in there either. So I thought I would just take off the whole manifold with the turbo on it.

Ive undone:-
all the manifold bolts around the ports
popped off the tube to the intercooler
undone the oil pipe on the top
undone the exhaust pipe
removd the actuator vacuum pipe

what have I missed? the manifold has come off 1" but seems to be stuck on something under the turbo. The oil 'out' pipe looks like a push fit tube, and its not that.

I can’t remember fully but there is a bracket on the underside of the turbo to the block. I could only reach it from underneath.
