How to change bulb behind Aircon and fan controls w124 e class 1995??

Hi Everyone,

I recently noticed at night that only one half of the area where the air-con controls and fan controls is lighting up! How do i get pass the wood and change
the bulb that is blown???

Pull the heater knob off and all will be revealed.
