How to find out what version of NTG in my W204?

Hey. Trying to figure out what version of NTG my W204 is fitted with. Car is 2007, and isn't one of the motorised monitors if that helps?

Any help on this would be much appreciated. Planning to upgrade to a more modern android unit but need to be sure of current model first. Thanks

Look on here for a link to a VIN decoder to find the build sheet for your car. Without the motorised screen I wonder if you actually have audio 20 or 50 rather than Comand NTG - which on a 2007 W204 would be NTG4.

W204 had COMAND NTG4 from 2007 to 2010, and COMAND NTG4.5 from 2011 to 2015.

This is assuming your car actually has COMAND, that is.

When the unit turns on, does it say 'Do not let COMAND distract you....', or does it say "Do not let the SYSTEM distract you....'?

COMAND wasn't standard equipment on any trim level on the W204. Instead it was an option that had to be specified by the first owner.

Your car does not have COMAND. It will have Audio20 infotainment system, and, if you have navigation, also the Navigation 20 APS.
