how to remove this please

hi all, has someone removed this control knob from their seat (drivers), if so how?
Seems to be on tight and dont wish to break it in trying. Cant find any info on the net either.
The motor to raise/lower the seat is jamming on the way down, blowing the fuse, so needs looking at.

hey thanks i managed to tilt the cover upwards or was it downwards?, anyway thought it was the motor that raises the seat up and down that blew the fuse (when on the bench) but when i thought i had de jammed it and reinstalled the seat in the car , it blew a fuse adjusting the back part of the seat. so maybe i try again one day, maybe not.
