How to replace headrest bellow in 2013 E350 Cabriolet

Just wondering if anyone can provide me with some insight as to how to replace the rubber "bellows" on the front passenger seat of a 2013 E 350 convertible? This is the rubber bellow that attaches to the bottom of the headrest and then to the top of the seat. Mine is starting to show signs of wear and cracking.
