Excellent video. The only thing I'd add is that if you keep the car 'powered up' by connecting a 12V battery trickle charger to the charging points before disconnecting the battery, the electrics will not need resetting. Worked a treat on my W211 two weeks ago.

I would add that I changed the battery in my w205 the old fashioned way, without keeping anything powered up and after fitting the new battery everything worked as normal. Didn't even bother with the BMS on icarsoft either.
