How to Update my SatNav?

Your car could be NTG4 or NTG 4.5

Alfie will shoot me (again), if you're lucky enough to have NTG4 rather than 4.5 (quick check - is your Comand screen hide-away or permanently on view - if hideaway it's 4) then the update DVD's are re-useable, no PIN needed. This gives you the option of buying second user DVD's from the forum or Ebay, installing the update then reselling the DVD's - and "last year's" update will be somewhat cheaper than the most up to date one! However, 4.5 needs a PIN specific to your car's VIN as well as the update DVD's, Alfie can handle both but it'll cost!
