How to upgrade NTG4.5 Gen1 to Gen2

Hi!

I using NTG4.5 gen1 at the moment, i heard that it can it upgrade ti Gen2 ( Gen3 is not possible). My car is w212 2011, i do have vediamo
Is anyone tried it yet ? Sucessful ?
Which telematic disc should I get ?
How long does it take ?
Is there anything I should do & aware of ?

I'm from AUS but now working in asia ... I successful upgraded it to GEN2, it's great. I know there is 2014 telematics, can you please let me know the disc number. Thanks many
