Very expensive.
New ignition switch, new keys, new gear shift mechanism (as it needs the connections and wiring in the shaft for the stop/go switch), new gear knob with switch, main wiring loom, a whole stack of antennas (so most of car apart, I remember 2 in the boot, one behind the stereo at least, probably more), new door handles with the buttons, additional wiring in doors, control unit and a bunch of coding.
