I can also try to arrange collection during the day around Central London, but this will need to be arranged in advance. If we are unable to sort it then you will need to collect from East London.
With regards to the laptop, it is brand new, it is open box, Windows 7 Pro has been installed fresh and all Updates applied, if you want the Recovery Media this can be obtained from HP - Free of charge.
