Dealer is the only real option open to you I'm afraid. They are expensive, and AFAIK you can't recode the ones sold on ebay etc (Despite adverts insisting they can be).
Dealer is not the only option anymore. There are a couple of guys who can do keys now and 1 person I believe posts on this forum by the name of Mark. Do a quick search and you'll find the thread which has all the details. HTH.
As for the actual blade (huf) I am not too sure. But the electronic side of things can be done. Cheers

The "chip" on eBay keys can removed and the chip from your own key can be transplated into it's place (eg changing your old key for a new shiny one). Requires a very steady hand due to micro - soldering. 1 person on this forum did this DIY and it complete worked, there is a thread with pictures on this forum I believe. HTH.
